DAVID WISHART's work has appeared in Cruise Critic and many of the world’s leading newspapers including the Los Angeles Times, New York Post, Toronto Star, Globe & Mail, Vancouver Sun, New Zealand Herald, Bangkok Post, the London Daily Telegraph, Financial Times, the Times, Independent, Evening Standard, Scotsman and the Herald. His first cruise was the inaugural of the late, great Royal Viking Line, when the Star sailed from Bergen to Oslo. Since then he has been on more than 200 cruise ships and river boats in all the best places, from Antarctica to the Baltic, as well as the Galapagos, Tahiti, up the Amazon, down the Nile and the Ganges, both ways on the Mekong and on one occasion around the world hopping on five ships one after the other. Wishart has also flown around the world with just two stops. But that’s another story.
